Welcome to Recovery & Healing. This is where members discuss the research landscape and share personal anecdotes around injury, tendon, ligament, joint and soft-tissue recovery. BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu come up the most, but any recovery-relevant compound is fair game for educational discussion.

A few ground rules that keep this category open. This is education and personal experience only — not medical advice. Please do not ask for or post dosing protocols, dose calculations for a specific person, or 'what should I take for X' requests. Don't post sourcing, vendor links, or discount codes. No reconstitution or injection tutorials. When you share your own experience, frame it as your anecdote, not a recommendation for anyone else.

Most of the human evidence here is thin — a lot of what gets cited is animal or in-vitro work. That's worth stating plainly in your posts so newcomers calibrate expectations. For anything involving your actual health, please talk to a qualified clinician who knows your history.

If a thread drifts into protocols or sourcing we'll trim it rather than lock it. Thanks for keeping this a place people can actually learn something.

Appreciate the clarity. The 'note that evidence is limited' expectation is the thing I wish more forums enforced. Half the confusion online comes from people quoting a rat study like it's a phase III trial.

Could we get a stickied reading list of the actual primary literature at some point? Would save a lot of repeat questions.

Good call, that's in progress. We'll link reviews and the underlying studies rather than blog summaries so people can judge the methods themselves. Will pin it once it's cleaned up.

Not medical advice. Content on peptides.cx is an educational and community resource. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing guidance, dosing instruction, or emergency support. Always consult a qualified medical professional before making health-related decisions.
