Report an issue

Use the Report page control at the bottom of a monograph for the fastest route to the relevant content record. Include the exact statement, page URL and a reliable supporting source where possible. Do not submit personal medical information.

Review process

• Confirm the page and statement in question.
• Check the cited source and relevant primary or regulator material.
• Correct factual, translation, link, schema and commercial-data errors separately.
• Update the editorial or vendor-check date only when that corresponding review actually occurred.

Material changes

Material corrections to evidence, safety or regulatory meaning are reflected in the content and its structured data. Minor spelling or formatting fixes do not imply a new scientific review.
