Welcome to Longevity & Anti-Aging. This is a space to discuss the research literature around cellular aging, mitochondrial function, senescence, and the peptides/bioregulators that show up in that literature: Epitalon, MOTS-c, SS-31 (elamipretide), Humanin, FOXO4-DRI, and the Khavinson bioregulators, among others.

A few ground rules so this stays useful and lawful. This is an educational community, not a source of medical advice. No dosing protocols, no 'what should I take' threads, no requests to calculate a dose for yourself or anyone. No sourcing, vendor links, or discount codes. No reconstitution or injection how-tos. Experiences are welcome as personal anecdote only, never as a recommendation for others.

Most of the longevity peptide literature is preclinical: cell lines, mice, small early-phase trials. Please frame claims accordingly and cite where you can. If you're making a health decision, talk to a qualified clinician who knows your history. Threads that cross the lines above get edited or locked. Otherwise, dig in.

Appreciate the clarity up front. The 'anecdote, not recommendation' line is the one people forget most. Half the arguments here come from someone reading one person's n=1 as a protocol.

Would be great to eventually pin a reading list of the key reviews for each compound so newcomers have a landing spot.

New here, thanks for setting expectations. Coming from a cell biology background and it's refreshing to see 'most of this is preclinical' stated plainly instead of buried.

Not medical advice. Content on peptides.cx is an educational and community resource. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing guidance, dosing instruction, or emergency support. Always consult a qualified medical professional before making health-related decisions.
