Welcome to the Gut & Immune Health category. This space is for discussing the research around peptides studied in the context of the gut lining, inflammation, and immune modulation — think KPV, BPC-157, LL-37, Thymosin Alpha-1, and VIP among others.

A few ground rules so this stays useful and legal. This is an educational community, not a source of medical advice. Please do not post dosing protocols, dose calculations for a specific person, "what should I take" requests, or reconstitution/injection tutorials. Do not post sourcing, vendor links, or discount codes here — that belongs in the vendor category and only from approved accounts. Share personal experiences as anecdote, never as a recommendation for someone else.

Most of what gets discussed here is early-stage or animal research. Please flag when evidence is thin, and always encourage people to work with a qualified clinician for any actual health decision. Threads that turn into protocol-shopping will be locked. Thanks for keeping the signal high.

Appreciate the clear framing. The line between 'here's a study I read' and 'here's what you should do' gets blurry fast in these communities, so it's good to have it spelled out. Bookmarking.

Quick question on scope — does discussion of dietary/lifestyle context (fiber, sleep, etc.) fit here when it comes up alongside a peptide someone's reading about, or should that stay strictly separate? Not looking to derail, just want to post in the right place.

Context is fine as long as the thread stays focused on the research discussion and doesn't turn into personalized health planning. If it drifts into 'design my regimen' territory we'll nudge it back. Good question.

Not medical advice. Content on peptides.cx is an educational and community resource. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing guidance, dosing instruction, or emergency support. Always consult a qualified medical professional before making health-related decisions.
