How content is created

The editorial team starts with the structured peptide record, cited literature and regulatory material. Each monograph separates identity, mechanisms, human evidence, preclinical evidence, safety, legal context and commercial data so that a vendor relationship cannot change a scientific conclusion.

Use of AI

AI may assist with drafting, translation consistency, extraction and quality checks. AI output is not presented as expert review. Claims, dates, links and structured fields require editorial verification before publication, and the site identifies when no named scientific reviewer is assigned.

Source selection and claim verification

• Prefer peer-reviewed reviews, controlled human studies and regulator or product-label primary sources.
• Use preclinical studies when reliable human research is absent and label that limitation clearly.
• Do not turn absence of evidence into evidence of benefit or safety.
• Record a source-gap reason when no suitable source specific to the entry is identified.

Updates and corrections

Editorial review dates and vendor-check dates are separate. Scientific content is updated when material evidence or regulatory context changes; vendor data is checked on its own schedule. Readers can report a factual error through the page report control and the corrections process.

Commercial independence

Affiliate and sponsored relationships are disclosed. They do not determine evidence grades, safety grades, regulatory summaries, source selection, reviewer conclusions or the ordering of scientific content.
