Of the peptides that get discussed for immune support, Thymosin Alpha-1 seems to have the most actual clinical footprint — it's an approved drug in some countries and has been studied in contexts like chronic hepatitis and as an adjuvant. I'm trying to understand how much of that generalizes to the vaguer 'immune support' framing people use online.
From what I can tell, the trial evidence is real but fairly specific to certain patient populations and conditions, and extrapolating from 'studied as an adjuvant in hepatitis B' to 'good for a healthy person's immune system' is a big leap that the data doesn't really support. Is that a fair summary, or am I underselling it?
