Context: early 40s, desk job plus recreational bouldering. Had a low-grade lateral elbow ache for about eight months that physio helped but never fully cleared. I decided to try an oral BPC-157 product I read about here, mostly out of curiosity and stubbornness. Sharing this as my own history, not as a suggestion for anyone.
First two weeks: nothing I could distinguish from baseline. Weeks three to five: the morning stiffness seemed milder, and I could hang on smaller holds without the familiar zing. Whether that was the compound, the fact that I'd also finally deloaded my climbing volume, or just time, I genuinely can't separate. That's the honest answer.
Week six I tweaked it again on an overhung problem, so my "clean" window ended. Net: mildly encouraging but hopelessly confounded. I'm posting mostly because I wish more logs admitted the confound instead of drawing a straight line from bottle to outcome. The research on oral absorption here is thin, so I'm holding this loosely.
