Safety notice: what we can and can't help with here

A periodic reminder because we've had a run of posts testing the edges. This community shares information and personal experience. It does not — and legally, ethically, cannot — substitute for a clinician who knows your history.

Concretely: we will not calculate a dose for you, tell you whether a compound is 'safe for you' specifically, or help you decide what to combine. Those are individualized medical decisions. Even members with a lot of reading behind them are not your doctor, and the ones worth listening to will tell you the same.

If you're posting about something that's actively worrying you physically, please stop reading forums and contact a professional or emergency service. That's not a brush-off — it's the honest answer. We'll always steer these threads back to general education, and that's by design, not because we're being difficult.

Thank you for restating this plainly. I've seen forums where the culture quietly drifts into de-facto medical advice and it always ends badly for someone. The 'the good members will tell you they're not your doctor' line is exactly right — that's actually how I judge whether advice is worth anything.

Would gently add for newcomers: 'anecdote' means one person, uncontrolled, no blinding, and recall bias baked in. It's genuinely interesting and worth sharing, but it is the weakest form of evidence, not a small clinical trial. Treat every 'this worked for me' post — including mine — accordingly.

Not medical advice. Content on peptides.cx is an educational and community resource. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing guidance, dosing instruction, or emergency support. Always consult a qualified medical professional before making health-related decisions.
