Genuine question about the interactions subtopic. For approved drugs you've got interaction checkers, package inserts, decades of pharmacovigilance. For a lot of the compounds discussed on this site, there's basically none of that infrastructure. So when someone is already on prescription medication and curious about one of these peptides, how is interaction risk even knowable?
My honest read is that it's mostly not knowable from public data, which itself feels like important safety information. I'm not asking whether any specific combination is 'safe' — I don't think that's answerable here and I wouldn't trust a forum answer anyway. I'm asking how people conceptualize the uncertainty.
