General safety discussion here, not asking about any specific plan. A lot of the peptides people talk about have safety information that comes from small studies, short durations, or preclinical work only. When a paper says "well tolerated," that's often over a few weeks in a few dozen people.
How do you all calibrate how much reassurance to take from that? My instinct is that "no signal in a small short study" is very different from "safe," but I see the two treated as interchangeable a lot. Interested in how others read the safety language critically.
