What we are not
We are not the seller and not a medical recommendation platform. Commercial links are labeled and kept separate from evidence. No dose calculation, cure claims or individual treatment advice.
Member roles
Rights scale with trust. Commercial accounts are separated from ordinary members so advertising stays visible and consented.

| Verified Vendor | Vendor profile and badge, vendor areas. No experience reports, DM acquisition, or hidden ads. |
| Vendor Pro | Featured placement, vendor Q&A write access, deal submissions. |
| Sponsor Vendor | Banner ads, sponsored newsletter and explainers, AMAs (quality/safety only). |
| Moderator | Review posts, move categories, warn users, handle reports, review vendor posts. |
| Admin | Full rights: vendor approval, billing, compliance settings, ad management, audit logs. |
